Golf



Competition Dates:

  • 4BBB Stableford – Sunday 7 & Monday 8 November

  • Individual Stableford – Wednesday 10 & Thursday 11 November

Competition Times:
  • For each event, golfers will be drawn to play one morning round (7:30am) and one afternoon round (12:30pm)

Presentation Times:

  • 4BBB: 6pm - 7:30pm, 8 November ($35 per person)
  • Individual: 6pm - 7:30pm, 11 November ($35 per person)

Age Requirements:

  • Age is determined as at 5 November 2010
  • Minimum age for competition is 30yrs
Participant Fee:
  • Sports Fee: $135 – 4BBB Stableford (2 rounds including motorised carts) and $135 – Individual Stableford (2 rounds including motorised carts)
  • Games Fee: $95 ($20 late fee applies after 3 September)
  • All online entries will receive a $5 discount

Additional Golf Information:

  • Both the 4BBB Stableford and Individual Stableford competitions will be played over 2 rounds (36 holes)
  • Two event bonus - golfers registering for both 4BBB and Individual Stablefords will receive a dozen Taylor golf balls valued at $55.
  • All age groups and handicap divisions are subject to nominations received.
  • Pan Pac medals will be awarded to the top three placegetters in each division.
  • All golfers will be required to register for the tournament at the Games Village in Broadbeach.
  • Golfers must supply evidence of their exact handicap (to one decimal place) dated after 25 October 2010 to golf officials prior to their first event.
  • Australian entrants must have a Golf Australia handicap
  • International participants must present their Slope Handicap Index (not club handicap). The course slope rating will be applied to provide international golfers with a ‘tournament’ handicap.
  • All events will be conduced in accordance with the rules of Golf as approved by the R&A Golf Club of St Andrews and the USGA and such local rules as approved by the match committee.
  • The tournament is presented by Go Golfing Pty Limited.
