online registration system has been disabled. If your team HAS NOT
registered yet but have been intending to compete at the 2010 Pan
Pacific Masters Games you must contact the Games office

Individual Entry into EXISTING teams is still open as usual.
Games Fee: $95 ($20 late fee applies after 3 September)
All online entries will receive a $5 discount

Due to ground capacity entry is limited to the first 100 teams to register

Players may only play for one team. You may play for one team and be the manager/coach for another but there are no guarantees that the game times won't clash.
It is compulsory for all Softball teams to provide one full time non-playing umpire per team. The non playing umpire is classified as a ‘Non Playing Official’ and ONLY pays the Games Fee on the individual entry form.
Coaches, Managers and Scorers can register as 'non-playing officials' to receive all the same benefits as Competitors (except from playing).
Coaches Managers and Scorers that don't pay these fees are not included in the team and do not receive team benefits.
Every effort will be made to place teams into the correct division.
Grades may be amalgamated at the softball organiser’s discretion dependant upon the number of entries received in each grade.
Shirt numbers are not compulsory however are preferred. Numbers can appear on either the sleeve or back of playing shirts.
Close of entry date will be strictly adhered to due to limitation of team numbers.
First day draws will be available on the Games website one week prior to the start of the Games. Participants will receive a full draw upon registration at the Games Village.
Competition will be conducted as per the official Softball Australia rules and Gold Coast Softball Association Ground rules.
